My life... but not as we know it!

Hey Yo!
Well last night was "WICKED"! Thankyou Jam-ez and Natalie, I think it is completely safe to say that we all thouroughly enjoyed the Barn Dancing and socialising. I especially enjoyed Audrey's impression of the female host (Eve?!?) saying "One, two, three, four" in her raspy yet seductive (well for Si at least) way. I think that night will be talked about for a long time in the future!
Enough of past events however, lets look to the future... J.C.'s is tonight! It has come around so quickly and I am incredibly excited! OK so we are going to start setting up for it in about an hour and a half and I personally think that the getting ready can be as much fun as the event itself.

Hey Guys!
I just wanted to say a really big "thankyou" to everyone who has left encouraging comments on my blog! I have trouble keeping up with this usually (ie when I'm at work) but I am gonna make an effort to write something in here at least once a week!
Ste and I had a really fun day today! We went shopping and then we went to the cinema! 'Wallace and Gromit in the Curse of the Were Rabbit' is really quite good!
I bought a book called Faith, God and Rock 'n' Roll all about Christian Musicians being accepted and enjoyed by mainstream popular culture! I started reading it when we got home and I am very impressed! I love to read and to find some non-fiction that is written in such an accessible way is great! I also bought an album by Ben Harper and the Blind Boys of Alabama! The B.B.s are three old black guys who perform bluesy/gospel stuff that makes shivers run down my spine! If you've never heard them then just ask and I will play you some as I am sure it will replace Switchfoot for a while in my car!
Stephen has just informed me that I am Blogging Crazy, and, because I don't want him to commit me to the asylum just yet, I will complete my post here by offering a bit of advice to everyone as they go about their lives; "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you". Think of and pray for those who are persecuted for their faith and for the persecuters as they are losing out on the greatest love of all!

Hello!
I know its been a while since I actually blogged anything but I am feeling really blessed at the moment! I feel that God is really working in my life and I am enjoying the time I spend in his company! Even if its a quick quiet prayer time throughout the day or some time spent with other Christians in fellowship. I am getting a lot from the Sunday services, in worship, from the sharing time and from the speakers! I am also happy to be building such good friendships within the church, young and old and inbetween.
I am also blessed with my family (Cresswell and Parkes). Please can I ask for prayer for my family members who don't presently know Jesus. This has been at the forefront of my mind and prayers for a long time and I know that if I continue to ask God He will give me the words to say and place my family members in a position to know Him, whether through me or others.
My church family are also AMAZING.
PRAISE THE LORD!!!
