Hey everyone I'm just sitting with the pipster enjoying some quality us time! Have only just started this thing so still trying to work stuff out! I've been reading everyone else's blogs, or at least some of y'alls, and I'm sorry mine won't be as emotional as some, or as deep as others!
I am what I am and what I am needs no excuses!
Sorry if you know me then you know it is normal for me to just burst into song at, probably, the most inappropriate times!
Well we went on holiday last week! It was fun! We had tears, illness, tantrums, and that was before we set out! I was so dumb that day! I locked both sets of car keys in my car, doh! We did have an awesome time, the weather was great and the people were great! God is great! We must remember him in our good times as well as our bad. I think that 'The Big Daddy' gets forgotton all too often until we've got something we need help with or a situation we don't feel we can handle alone!Remember when you were a kid and you wanted something really bad but you knew you'd never get it on your own, you used to butter up a parent before craftily mentioning that said thing? Well I see it as kind of the same deal with Big G, but with a whole lot more sincerity involved! I found myself praising His Almightiness everyday we were away, which made me feel a lot more happy to ask for his help when one of our number fell quite seriously ill...
So I want you all to remember our Lord and Saviour, even when he has had the good grace to give you some fun or pleasure, not just when you are asking for stuff or reeling off your wish list!!!
Well I've vented for today, loadsa love, j xx
ps if you have any comments feel free to email me...
